Insurance Service of Asheville is pleased to announce Hendersonville insurance agency J. Ward Group is now a part of the ISA family.
According to ISA President Jim Stickney, whose father began ISA in Asheville in 1958, “ISA has grown its business on the belief that insuring individuals, families and businesses requires strong personal relationships with those we protect. That philosophy has enabled ISA to become the region’s largest locally owned insurance agency providing personal, commercial and employee benefits coverage. To better serve our current and new customers in Hendersonville, we wanted to be where they are.”
Lifelong Hendersonville resident Jim Ward will continue to expand the Hendersonville office located at 2315 Asheville Highway. Jim has 40 years of business experience with the past 16 years in the insurance industry. He is licensed in property, casualty, crop insurance, life and health as well as Medicare supplement and Medicare advantage plans. Jim will be assisted by Account Manager Tam Evans who brings 6 years of insurance experience to the Hendersonville office, and the resources of the 25 agents and support staff of ISA Asheville office.

choices of competitive products to my current and future clients through our convenient Hendersonville office.”The expansion of ISA with J. Ward Group was led by ISA Senior Vice President, Jonathan Nelson, who has 28 years of insurance experience and is integral to ISA’s expansion. “We’re excited to have J. Ward Group join the ISA family in our continued efforts to bring comprehensive and competitive products to Hendersonville and surrounding communities.”
