Man actually bites dog

Wilmington, NC: A suspect trying to escape from the law bit a police dog’s ear today.

“Police spokeswoman Lucy Crockett says doctors on Sunday had to stitch back together the ear of the injured police dog named Maxx.

Authorities were trying to arrest 22-year-old Travis Keith Glaspie who was wanted for a weekend shooting. Officers received information about Glaspie’s whereabouts in Wilmington and Maxx chased him. The dog was injured as it tried to stop Glaspie.”

At least this pooch will recover; think about that idiot former script writer for Hill Street Blue that punched his own 4-pound poodle in the face and killed it due to ‘brain trauma’. His equally idiotic wife described it as a “tragic accident” (as if hitting a living being as hard as possible is an “accident).

Did anyone notice that the bill laying the groundwork for the seizure of Asheville’s water system passed the House last night, 74 – 39? No? OK, never mind.
