PARI releases annual report

Press Release

Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute

The Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute’s 2013 Annual Report is now available on-line at 2013 Annual Report. This year’s cover features a photograph of one of our two 26 Meter antennas that have now be commissioned as an interferometer. It was taken by Friend of PARI Richard Wright.

The Annual Report shows that we have been very active in 2013 and presents clear evidence that PARI is one of the region’s premier STEM education resources. Perhaps the most exciting thing that happened this year was the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Rosman Tracking Station, which is featured on four pages of this year’s annual report.
