This is not your typical childbirth course! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the right and most important information. Starting your class two to three months before your due date is recommended in order to complete the five-week series on schedule. Topics covered in the course include the following: dealing with pregnancy discomforts, labor process & labor support techniques, labor comfort, breastfeeding, newborn & baby care, and a tour of The Baby Place. This series is $65.00 per couple. Add a massage voucher ($65 value) to use at The Baby Place Spa for just $30! Please bring three comfy pillows and a blanket or mat each day to class.

This class is open to couples that prefer a weekend, one day option. A light breakfast is featured. For lunch, registrants are encouraged to experience a chef-prepared meal available for purchase at the Café at Park Ridge Health. Topics covered in the course include the following: dealing with pregnancy discomforts, labor process & labor support techniques, breastfeeding & newborn care, and a tour of The Baby Place.
