Local Republican activist Matt Hoagland has announced a new online show called “The Recap,” which will feature his commentary on local and national issues as well as interviews with local guests. The first episode was posted to “The Recap” website and YouTube page Oct. 13. Additional episodes will be posted “most Sundays” according to the website.
The first video includes Hoagland’s commentary on ebola, gay marriage, Sen. Kay Hagan and ISIS as well as an interview with local New York Times best selling author, Dr. Bill Forstchen. Hoagland previously served as chair of the Buncombe County Young Republicans group and worked as as Rep. Tim Moffitt’s campaign manager.

If you are socially liberal but fiscally conservative. If you wish the gov’t would stay out of your cell phone and out of your gay friends’ relationships. If you who get your news from “The Daily Show” but wish the moral of the story weren’t always “doesn’t politics suck, better just vote for the Democrats.” If you weren’t a fan of President Bush but you can’t believe the next guy could be worse then this is the show for you.
