Jamming out: Scenes from the 2013 Christmas Jam

Warren Haynes celebrated the 25th anniversary of Christmas Jam in style this weekend with two full days of epic concerts at the U.S. Cellular Center and other venues in downtown Asheville. All of the proceeds will go to the Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity.

On Friday night, exploratory sets from the Phil Lesh Quintet and Widespread Panic capped a bill that also included strong performances by Gov’t Mule, Keb’ Mo’, John Scofield and Gregg Allman. See a slide show of photos from that night here.
