UPDATED: McHenry to Host Town Hall Meetings for Tenth District Constituents

Update: Early Saturday morning Congressman McHenry was diagnosed with pneumonia. In light of this diagnosis and under advisement of his doctor, the Congressman will be postponing his first round of town hall meetings. Updates on rescheduling will be sent when they are available.

Over the next week, Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10) will host the first round of his 2017 town hall meetings for Tenth District constituents.

At the town hall meetings, Congressman McHenry will give an update on recent legislative activity in the U.S. Congress and what to expect in the coming months. He will also take questions directly from constituents on the issues of concern to them. Additionally, the Congressman’s staff will be available at the town hall meetings to meet privately with constituents who have issues with federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or the Internal Revenue Service.

The schedule for the first round of the 2017 town hall meetings is below:

The town hall meetings will be open to the general public.

    Yeah, I came up with all sorts of bunkum too, when I didn’t want to go to school for a test, etc…. when I was 10 years old.

    Guy’s a grown man – a Congressman, and he makes up this crap to keep from facing his constituents. As the Orange Poet says, “Sad!”

    And he’s going to get MUCH better when his schedule hits red counties. A MIRACLE! So many things to say face to face. Doubt there will ever be a rescheduling…but if there is, I’m sure he’ll work hard to keep the time and place hidden until the last minute.
