yawn…how many dozens of times has this situation been discussed? the problem is perpetual with total lack of parental responsibilities. the problem is no solveable and we have antiquated schools that keep the population dumbed down to like all this…see how it works…we just talk about it, but government screwls NEVER measure up…NEVER.
