With its impressively affordable vendor entry fee ($10 per table and first-come, first-served space assignments), the Bywater’s inaugural Crafts and Drafts fair is poised to attract an eclectic mix of makers, from full-time artists to casual crafters. Already, the product lineup includes items like jewelry, dreamcatchers, soaps, knitted goods, stained glass, bonsai plants and henna tattoos. Throughout the free pop-up craft fair, Brass Pelican culinary busking will serve a Southern-inspired breakfast while bartenders mix up “brunchy cocktails” to complement the discounted beer. Children and pets are also welcome to attend the event, which the Bywater hosts on its riverside lawn on Saturday, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. avl.mx/1ai. Image courtesy of the Bywater
