Adler Gallery holds “Transportation” opening reception on Nov. 13

Press release from Adler Gallery:

Adler Gallery (an integral part of Posana restaurant) will have an opening reception of “Transportation,” curated by Katrina Chenevert, on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 6-8 p.m.

Our current “Transportation” exhibition takes a look at the way 12 local artists relate to the notion of transportation. Some of us recall the freedom that came with our first set of wheels, albeit a pair of roller-skates. Some of us relate to our daily commutes using public transportation. It may be a memory of that favorite automobile or the preferred travel arrangements you made going from country to country then city to city in a foreign land. Wherever your past travels have taken you, come join us to see how 12 artists interpreted their travels and how they got there.

Please join us for the opening reception of “Transportation” to meet the exhibiting artists and discover their work. Appetizers and fine wine will be served. Visitors can experience “Transportation” during business hours of Tuesday through Friday 5-10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-3 p.m., 5-10 p.m. For more information contact Katrina Chenevert at 703-501-4837 or kachenevert310art@gmail.com.
