WHAT: The annual planning session of the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority, Public Authority, and Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority, Nonprofit Corporation, for the fiscal year 2025-26.

WHEN: Friday, March 22, 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m.

IN PERSON: Highland Brewing Company, located at 12 Old Charlotte Highway, Asheville, NC 28803.
VIRTUAL: Streamed live via Zoom webinar. Register here to attend virtually
AGENDA: Find the agenda posted on AshevilleCVB.com. Other planning session documents will be posted just prior to/ or following the meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Food and beverages will not be provided for the public or media who attend in person. The livestream will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and will be paused during mealtimes, discussion groups, and scheduled breaks throughout the day, as outlined in the agenda.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comment will be taken at this planning session.

    “Development” is a misleading word for what this group purports to do.
