News release from Buncombe County Partnership for Children:
During the response to COVID-19, childcare providers plan an essential role in supporting healthcare and emergency workers by caring for their children.
Many childcare centers are struggling to remain open for this purpose alone and they need our help. By being open, child care staff are putting themselves in harmβs way and need additional supplies to keep the children they care for and themselves safe.
Buncombe County Partnership for Children is asking for donations of the following items toΒ distribute to these essential worker child care centers:

Donations will be collected in the bed of a blackΒ FORD F-150 pickup truck parked atΒ πππ΅ π‘π’π₯πͺπ’π’π ππ©ππ‘π¨π πΌπ»Β π§π¨ππ¦πππ¬, ππ½πΏπΆπΉ π³ between the hours of 8a.m. and 7p.m. after which the truck will be closed.
Please practice social distancing when approaching the truck if others are there to donate. there will be a clipboard available to document your donation. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with your networks.
ππ£ππ is a local non-profit that provides programs for children birth to 5, their families, and the early educators who care for and teach them.
