Adams Bluegrass, LLC, announce that the CHEROKEE BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL will be held at Happy Holiday RV Village and Campground at 1553 Wolfetown Road, Cherokee, NC.
The three-day event begins Thursday, June 7 at 12:00 noon and goes until 10:30 p.m. daily. Open Stage daily from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
Thursday’s terrific lineup features, The Crowe Brothers, Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road, The Little Roy & Lizzy Show, The Inspirations, Carl Jackson, Larry Cordle & Jerry Salley with one 90-minute show by Dailey & Vincent @ 8:30 p.m. (members of The Grand Ole Opry).
Friday’s fabulous lineup of talent begins at 12:00 noon and goes until 10:30 p.m. featuring, Carolina Blue, Mountain Faith, Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers, Paul Williams & The Victory Trio, The Gibson Brothers and Rhonda Vincent (Queen of Bluegrass and IBMA Female Vocalist eight years) and The Rage.
Saturday’s super lineup of talent begins at 12:00 noon and goes until 10:30 p.m. featuring The Malpass Brothers, Kenny & Amanda Smith, The US Navy Band Country Current, The Gibson Brothers, Balsam Range and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, (winner of IBMA Gospel Recorded Performance for 7 years).
Happy Holiday RV Village and Campground has over 400 hookups, including water, electric, and bathhouses. This is in the heart of The Cherokee Indian Reservation. Please bring lawn chairs with no high back chairs or rockers allowed. No pets or alcoholic beverages allowed in concert area. Security will be on duty. This is a family show.
Show goes on rain or shine under a large tent, with TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE. Daily ticket prices are $40.00 for adults in advance until May 30, then $45.00 at the gate. A 3-day adult ticket is $90.00 in advance and $95.00 at the gate. Children ages 7-15–$15.00 per day or 3 days for $45.00 in advance and $50.00 at the gate.
