Holiday classes are as follows:
December 4 – Preparing for Christmas Day
Join Chef Angela as she shows you how to make Christmas day more relaxing. She will show you the ins and outs for planning ahead of time with dishes that can prepped in advance, heated easily, and can sit and be nibbled on all day.

December 6 – Holiday Cheesecake
Come join Chef Heather as she teaches you how to make the creamiest cheesecake. She will also demonstrate different holiday flavors and sauces that can be served with your dessert. Each student will make their own cheesecake creation to be picked up and taken home the next day.
Instructor: Heather Pennypacker

$55.00 per person 6pm-8:30pm (Please keep in mind, in this class you will need to pick up your finished cheesecake the following day after the class.)

December 7 – Parent/Child Build Your Own Gingerbread House
What kid doesn’t dream of making their own gingerbread house? Make that dream come true! Each child will make their very own gingerbread house to take home. Chef Heather will share some of the secrets to making and baking your own gingerbread. Also, the many different decorations that can be used to make a unique house!

$40/per 1 caregiver and 1 child (age 4 and older) 2pm-3:30pm

December 10 – Holiday Candies
Enjoy the sweeter side of things with some holiday candies! In this class, Chef Brian will teach you how to make Toffee, Peppermint Marshmallows, and Chocolate Dipped Candied Orange Peel.

December 11 – Parent/Child Build Your Own Gingerbread House
What kid doesn’t dream of making their own gingerbread house? Make that dream come true! Each child will make their very own gingerbread house to take home. December 12 – Traditional Italian Christmas Feast
Chef Emi comes from a big Italian family. In this class she will demonstrate, and along with your help, make a traditional Italian Christmas Feast. Eat the rewards with a full dinner during class and bring home to the recipes to recreate it for family and friends.

December 13 – Adult Gingerbread House Making
This class will include rolling, cutting, and baking your own gingerbread house pieces. You will also make royal icing to “glue” your pieces together. Lastly, you will assemble and decorate your gingerbread house to take home. Chef Heather includes demonstration for making some unique decorations.

December 14 – Holiday Brunch
‘Tis the season for brunch. Isn’t the holidays one of your favorite times to prepare brunch for your friends and family? Come learn some new ideas and recipes with Chef Angela. Learn how to make a delicious and easy brunch that will definitely satisfy all of your guests.

December 21 – Kids Christmas Cookie Decorating
Get your last minute Christmas errands done by dropping your kid’s off for some cookie decorating fun. Chef Heather will hand decorate Christmas cookies with your children, sending them home with delicious cookies to enjoy with your family for the holidays.

$35 (Price includes 1 child age 8 or older) 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm
