Via Huff Post Food, the “Find. Eat. Drink.” blog asked a number of chefs what their favorite fried chicken joints were. Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack made the list, as voted by Asheville chef Jacob Sessoms:
“What are the qualities that make for the perfect fried chicken? Is it the coating, the crispness, or the locale where you’re eating it? We asked chefs around the country to divulge their favorite fried chicken joints.”
