PRESS RELEASE:

There is one week left to register for the 2016 Joyful Noise summer string camps! Register by May 31 for an incredible week of music making, where students gain ensemble experience, practice sight-reading and playing by ear, experience multiple genres, and work with a talented and passionate faculty.

Joyful Noise is offering two camps during the week of June 20-24:

String Experience for ages 7-12 (9 am-2 pm)
String Intensive for ages 12-18 (9 am-5 pm)

Core classes include orchestra, chamber music, masterclass, music theory, fiddle, and songwriting. Students also choose from unique and fun electives (some favorites from past years have included film making, clothing design, folk dancing, show choir, and improv acting). Each camp day includes a special concert hour featuring professional musicians of all different genres, and the camp week culminates in a giant showcase performance on Friday evening.
Register online today!

Camp times: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
Cost: $335 [$285 for additional family members]

For more information, please check out the Joyful Noise camp website. Registration is available online and scholarships are available.
