Open call for union male actors, age 20s-50s, for All is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914. Non-union seen as time allows.
Audition date is Thursday, Nov. 3rd : 10 AM – 1 PM, 2 PM – 6 PM and will take place at: Colourfield Studios, 54 Ravenscroft St., Ashville, NC 28801
Rehearsal and preformance dates at 15 stage lane. First rehearsal November 21st, 2016. Previews Dec. 7th, opens Dec. 10th, closes Dec. 23rd. Possible extension from Dec. 27th to 12/30/16.
Contract is SPT Cat. 4; $352/week AEA, Non Union Stipend
The breakdown– looking for 3 actors of any ethnicity for ensemble piece. Actors play various roles, soldiers, politicians, in World War I. Must be very good storytellers and proficient with dialects. German, French, various dialects of the UK, English, Irish, Scottish, cockney, etc. Good musical sense of timing a must.
