Motherhood can be a wild ride, especially during the first year. Join other moms and discuss the joys of motherhood as well as the confusion, anxiety and complexity of adjusting to new responsibilities and changed routines. Through the use of facilitated dialogue and open sharing, we will cover:• Sleep issues
• Transitioning to solids
• Playful parenting
• Breast feeding issuesThis class is for first time parents or parents who are transitioning to multiple children. It is best suited for parents with babies who are 0-12 months old. Your baby is welcome to the class!
