21st Annual FrostBite 10K, 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

10K & 5K start at 2:30pm

Course Description: This premier race event will take place on flat to moderately rolling
terrain with scenic views of nearby Hutch Mountain.

This is not your typical childbirth class! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the correct and most important information. Topics covered in the course include the following: Dealing with pregnancy ailments, labor process techniques, labor support techniques, breastfeeding and newborn care.
