In partnership with The Blood Connection, Park Ridge Health invites all community members in good health to donate as long as they are at least age 17, weigh at least 110 pounds and haven’t donated blood for 56 days. Enjoy a multi-level flow yoga class taught by certified yoga instructor Emily Van Eman. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water and towel. Some yoga mats available to borrow. Flow Yoga is a moderate-paced flow focused on compassionately and safely practicing strength, balance and flexibility postures for whole body health. This is not your typical childbirth class! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the correct and most important information. Topics covered in the course include the following: Dealing with pregnancy ailments; labor process & labor support techniques; breastfeeding & newborn care; and a tour of The Baby Place. This class is $65.00 per couple. Add a massage voucher ($65 value) to use at The Baby Place Spa for just $30!
