Public Input Requested for Transformation of Medicaid and NC Health Choice Programs
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking additional public input from April 25 to 11:59 p.m. on May 25, 2017, on the Medicaid and NC Health Choice programs transformation (also known as “Medicaid reform”).
While all feedback is welcome, the Department is looking for input on several topics. Specifically, how can or should North Carolina’s Medicaid and NC Health Choice programs:
* Integrate Primary Care and Behavioral Health Services
* Support Provider Transformation
* Care Management and Population Health
* Address Social Determinants of Health
* Improve Quality of Care
* Pay for Value
