Flat Rock, NC – Season’s at Highland Lake will start the holiday season in grand style with their annual Holiday Brunch Buffet 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7. Soup selections will feature sweet potato and cardamom bisque and a hearty white bean and kale soup with smoked ham. Season’s salad bar, elaborate fruit display and house-smoked salmon will also be highlighted. Breakfast selections will include Season’s Build-Your-Own Omelet Station featuring an assortment of cheeses, vegetables and meats, applewood smoked bacon, buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy and chocolate-cherry stuffed crème brûlée French toast. Entrées will include our traditional salt and herb crusted New York strip loin, hand carved and accompanied by horseradish cream and au jus.
