Spring happenings at the All Souls Counseling Center

Here’s an update from All Souls Counseling Center, sent via the organization’s email newsletter:

Spring is Upon Us!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month

During this month of Mental Health Awareness, All Souls Counseling Center encourages each of you to support friends, family and others that you know are dealing with depression, anxiety and other concerns. Let’s all work together for Mental Wellness!

All Souls Counseling Center has some exciting opportunities to let go of the winter blahs and re-energize our minds and bodies to gear up for a wonderful spring and summer.

Happy Body
Class for a Cause

All Souls Counseling Center is very excited to be partnering with Happy Body Pilate’s, Yoga & Bodywork Studio for the month of April in their Class for a Cause program. They are going to graciously donate 10% of the income taken in from their Pilate’s mat and yoga classes during the month of April to ASCC. We have a great opportunity to increase that percentage to 20% if five new people attend a class at Happy Body. Please consider this wonderful way to boost your mood, do something good for your body and support ASCC!! Click on their link below to find out the location and schedule for the class times. Please be sure to mention All Souls’ name when you sign up!

Asheville Tourists

Come out to the ball field and have some fun this summer! We have another great opportunity with the Asheville Tourists, to raise money for All Souls Counseling Center!! We will be selling vouchers for $6.00 each, that are good for any home game in the 2012 season, with the exception of Thursdays and July 4th. By purchasing a voucher through ASCC, you save $2.00 off the original $8.00 price per ticket. For each ticket redeemed, the Asheville Tourists will donate $3.00 back to All Souls Counseling Center. That is a winning situation for all!! Contact Pam Penland at the counseling center directly to purchase your voucher.

All Souls Counseling Center will be coordinating a group night on July 21st. Watch for further details!
