Hip Hop: The Hop opens second location in West Asheville

The Hop West held its soft opening last night. Tomorrow, the party begins in earnest. From the Hop website:

“You can mark the date down for Friday, Oct. 15 for our Grand Opening at the former Two Spoons Ice Cream location at 721 Haywood Road. We will be open from 1-11pm and have live music, lots of friends, familiar faces, and free kiddie scoops of ice cream for everyone!”

What kind of music? Greg Garrison says that members of the If You Wannas will be present to entertain the crowd. Of course, there will be plenty of delicious ice cream, including pumpkin, salted caramel and Kahlua fudge.
