The exhibition of Asheville-based contemporary artists runs June 1-30 at The Satellite Gallery.
Randy Shull and his partner/“co-conspirator” Hedy Fischer will open ¡Viva! on Saturday, Sept. 16 — aka Mexican Independence Day. The exhibition features more than a dozen contemporary Latin American artists.
“We want people to know this is a place to gather,” says Jeff Arnal, executive director of BMCM+AC. “ A place to think and to study and to exchange ideas. That’s part of what a study center is about. And we welcome folks to come and do that.”
