A. Reed Creek
1. Public hearing to consider a land use incentive grant to Reed Creek Greenway Plaza LLC for the Reed Creek Mixed Use Development project.
2. Public hearing to consider the conditional zoning of multiple properties located at 427 Broadway Street from Neighborhood Corridor District to Neighborhood Corridor District/Conditional Zone.
B. Public hearing to consider adoption of the Water Resources Department updated development fees analysis for Fiscal Year 2022-23 fees and charges.
C. Public hearing to consider conditional zoning of 1001 Patton Avenue from Highway Business District to Commercial Expansion/Conditional Zone.
