Black Mountain toy and coat drive

Press release from The Bear WZGM 96.1fm / 1350am

The Bear WZGM 96.1fm / 1350am, in collaboration with Bounty & Soul, is thrilled to announced the first annual toy and coat drive starting November 13th and ending December 11th. This is aimed at spreading warmth and joy to our local community this holiday season.

As the holiday season approaches, we recognize the importance of giving back to those in need. This year The Bear is partnering with Bounty & Soul, a local nonprofit who provides free produce markets and wellness education, to collect new to gently used coats, hats, gloves, scarves, new unwrapped toys and any financial support. These donations will directly benefit families who may be experiencing hardship during the colder months and help ensure that every child in our community has a memorable holiday season. By coming together as a community we can make a significant impact and bring smiles to the faces of those in need.

Donation boxes will be located at participating businesses including the Chamber of Commerce. If there is any business that wants to participate, reach out to Sal Campo for more information:

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the communities support to help make this holiday season brighter for those in need.
