Tryon Arts & Crafts School presents LEAP, a Side Gallery exhibit of art submitted in response to the below call to artists.

Call to Artists
In acknowledgement of the bonus day we have this Leap Year, add one more New Year’s resolution to the docket – take a LEAP in your artistic practice! Try a new discipline. Try a new technique. Try a new pattern. Try a new palette. Try a new concept that you have not explored before. Step out of your comfort zone to create an artwork for TACS’ LEAP exhibit. We are entering a new decade. What better time to take a chance, experiment, and nurture your creative soul?

Award Opportunity
TACS will present an award to the exhibitor who has taken the greatest LEAP in their art practice at the February 21 opening reception.

You are invited to submit 1 (one) artwork.

Entry Form with Guidelines

Artwork Take-In Dates:
February 13 – 17

TACS Hours:
M – W, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Th – F, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Sat., 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Closed Sundays

Opening Reception:
Friday, February 21
6 – 8 p.m.

Show Runtime:
February 21 – April 3
