Volunteer at Living Asheville Arts Festival (LAAF) on Sept. 2

WHAT: LAAF is a free, volunteer-powered community event, featuring live music on five stages, beer, food, interactive art stations, roving performances in various disciplines, kids activities and more.

WHERE: Lexington Avenue, downtown Asheville

WHEN: Sunday, Sept. 2 (Volunteer shift times vary)

DETAILS: LAAF seeks event volunteers to help in various roles, including set up, decor, beer service, site ops, interactive stations, break down and more. Volunteers earn great perks like (2) beer tickets, a t-shirt and tasty food from partner restaurants like AUX Bar, Calypso, Strada Italiano, City Bakery and Mellow Mushroom. Meet active locals and pitch in toward a thriving downtown community by donating a few hours of your time!

    Hi, I always help with the bike car races on Hiawassee st, and dunk tank….
    I will be there early to help set up, and will work as needed.
