Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12(b), this email serves as official Notice that a Special Called Meeting of the Vaya Health Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2022, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton located at 115 Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, NC 28803. PUBLIC ACCESS will be available via electronic communication only (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and WebEx). The agenda will be posted on the Vaya Health public website prior to the meeting. Should you wish to participate, please use the following information to dial-in:

    The only thing I wish to hear from ANY medical provider in this backwards town that thinks itself woke is MANDATE THE COVID VAX FOR EVERY WORKER. Period. Enough.
