    But what about the traffic? How come traffic is only a concern when a hotel is being proposed. These affordable housing units are just going to turn into another Pisgah View, Deaver View or Hill Crest in 5-10 years. Great, you give somebody a cheap house…guess what?!? They can’t afford upkeep, maintenance, taxes, food, etc… it’s just another failed gov’t housing attempt.
