Navitat Canopy Adventures reached new heights recently with the launch of an unprecedented mountaintop zipline tour.
Featuring the highest and longest ziplines in the Southeast, participants glide from ridge to ridge 350 feet above the valley floor, enjoying sweeping views of the surrounding Barnardsville area. The longest ride clocks in at nearly three-quarters of a mile, and it’s possible to reach speeds of 60 MPH. But no need to worry about crashing: a special braking system automatically reduces the speed of the rider at the end of the zip.

The tour also features three scenic hikes, with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains and long-range vistas nearly 20 miles to the West and north into Tennessee.
