Medea Galligan MS Nutrition, CHHC, AADP, RYT has been a holistic health coach for over 20 years. Medea and her husband also own Medea’s Espresso & Juice Bar, serving mostly organic and local foods, their café is located on the south side of Asheville off Long Shoals Road.
Medea will provide recipes, write articles on living a healthier lifestyle and make appearances on behalf of Advanced Marketing International, a company that owns several brands of waterless cookware that are unique in their ability to retain a higher level of nutritional value in foods. Medea will also assist in training personnel on how to disseminate the message of eating real foods to public audiences.

According to the CDC the percentage of adults age 20 years and over who are obese: 35.1% overweight, including obesity is 69.0%. Another analysis, suggested that overall, about 42% of Americans may end up obese by 2030. The company states they want to help reverse this trend by: “Improving Your Health – One Meal at a Time”
