Valentine’s Day sensory immersion

Press release from LuAnn Arena:

Asheville, NC (February 1, 2016) – Are you looking for a truly unique Valentine’s Day experience this year? This is it! Treat yourself, and a loved one, to a transcendent hour relaxing deeply into your senses with sound, music, vibrations, aromas & tastes.

A sensory immersion is much like a healing sound immersion where particpants sit or lie down and receive the healing vibrations of live music, (percussion, guitar, voice). LuAnn takes it further to involve even more of your senses, including a bit of aromatherapy and, since it is Valentine’s Day, the element of taste will be included as well.

Sound and vibrational frequencies are known to soothe, relax and heal on a cellular level. Healing sounds and intention can allow our body, mind and spirit to realign from an out-of-balance state due to stress or illness.

“…I could feel vibration and layers of sound moving around and across me, all adding to an incredibly peaceful state that allowed me to breathe more easily, deepen my listening, and at some juncture I simply went into a deep meditative state…” – from a private session client
