From the Asheville Humane Society:

Fee-Waived Adoption Day!
*In honor of Jack*
Friday, December 22
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Animal rooms are closed from 1-2pm for naptime)
Adoption fees for ALL animals are WAIVED!

Adoption fees will be generously covered by the Creasman family in honor of their beloved dog, Jack. The family adopted Jack from AHS over ten years ago, and he’s been deeply loved ever since! The Creasman family reached out to us wishing to honor Jack by encouraging others to adopt a forever friend!

Help homeless animals find forever families this holiday season!

Although the love of a pet is priceless, the waived adoption fee represents an exceptional value. All adoptions include spay/neuter, all up-to-date vaccines, microchip and free 1-year registration, a free starter bag of food, and an optional month of free pet health insurance.

If you aren’t ready to adopt, please consider helping the animals by dropping off (or shipping) pet food, toys or supplies!
